We have heard ourselves and others say this infinite times.

We have abundant ideas in our mind and we want to give shape to it but we hold ourselves as we do not where to “START”

We are enveloped with anxieties, pressures or fears at the conception stage and this applies to the smallest of the things to the biggest of the projects.

Before arriving at the final destination, growth and success goes through a variety of phases which are like phases of the moon. You have to keep going through them time and again.

In one of the podcasts, Jay Shetty has very beautifully divided the transitions in majorly five categories.

▪️Learn- Research research and more research and try to learn as much on and about the subject.

▪️Experiment- Put the research to use. Whatever you learn, try various techniques and tricks.

▪️Perform- Understand and evaluate which experiment worked best for you & apply that.

▪️Struggle- Once you apply, would you be able to understand the roadblocks & problems that come in the way.

▪️Thrive- A state where we develop ,grow & flourish. Our final destination.
