There is no evidence of this, since when did man begin to push himself to the limit of ability and incompetence ... when did he begin to use the word impossible ... but surely that day was the worst day of human civilization.

When I hear from people at my seminars and workshops in different districts -

"We are not qualified ",
"We have no advantage", 

"We are not rich", 

"We have no degree ",

 "We are small town dwellers!"

Then I get angry at them from time to time, at the same time I decide to help others! People push themselves to the limit and accept the rate ... that's why I get angry! And then I don't decide ... because everyone is under pressure! They have become miserable and it is our duty to break their boundary wall and bring them out!

I think our education system is a bit responsible for this situation! Our entire education system is centered on this decision of "what is not possible" ... "Nothing is impossible" The education system should have been centered on this issue.

If we talk about bumblebees: -

The body of the bumblebee is very heavy, its wings are so small, the bumblebee is not supposed to be able to fly according to the decision of air-stability ... but it flies effortlessly! It's good that bumblebee didn't have a school ... otherwise he would have stopped flying for so long.

The owner of a well-known car manufacturer always called meetings with people from different walks of life, such as doctors, engineers, farmers, teachers, athletes, etc., before planning to build a new car! They were asked - "What do you think should be the advantages of a car? Write down everything you can imagine!" People used to write different types of fantasies and car manufacturers read them carefully.

He was once asked - "You have such a large team of qualified engineers ... why do you need the advice of the general public?"

His answer was - 

I collect all kinds of weird advice and new information from my common people! Then I ask my engineers, how can this be? If I hadn't consulted my engineers beforehand, I would never have been able to bring a new model car!Because these engineers have come up with a degree of "what can't happen"! And the common man came up with the degree "What should happen!"

If we want to get something in this world ... then first of all we have to break the emotional bond we have made! Then the limits that have been set for us have to be broken.

নিজের বাধার সীমা ভেঙে চুরমার করে দিন...

এই জিনিষটার কোনো প্রমান পাওয়া যায় না যে, মানুষ কবে থেকে নিজেকে যোগ্যতা আর অযোগ্যতার সীমায় বাধতে শুরু করেছিলো... কবে থেকে অসম্ভব শব্দের প্রয়োগ করতে শুরু করেছিল... কিন্তু নিশ্চিত রুপে সেই দিনটি মানব সভ্যতার সব থেকে খারাপ দিন ছিলো।

আমি যখন বিভিন্ন জেলায় আমার সেমিনার এবং ওয়ার্কশপ গুলোতে মানুষের কাছ থেকে শুনতে পাই- "আমরা ছোট শহরের বাসিন্দা! ", আমরা যোগ্য নই", " আমাদের কাছে সুবিধা নেই", আমরা ধনী নই", আমাদের কোনো ডিগ্রি নেই", - তখন তাদের উপর মাঝে মাঝে প্রচুণ্ড রাগ হয়, তার সাথে-সাথে আমি অন্যদের সহায়তা করার লক্ষ্যে সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ করি! মানুষ নিজেই নিজেকে সীমার মধ্যে বেধে ফেলে আর হার মেনে নেয়... এইজন্য আমার রাগ হতে থাকে! আর তখনি আমি সিদ্ধান্ত নেই... কারণ সব মানুষই চাপের মধ্যে থাকে! ওনারা দুঃখী হয়ে উঠেছেন আর ওনাদের সীমার দেওয়াল ভেঙে বাহিরে আনা আমাদের কর্তব্য!
এই পরিস্তিতির জন্য আমাদের শিক্ষা প্রনালীকেও কিছুটা দ্বায়ী মনে করি! "কি সম্ভব নয়" আমাদের পুরো শিক্ষা প্রনালী এই সিদ্ধান্তের ওপরে কেন্দ্রীভূত হয়ে রয়েছে... "কিছুই অসম্ভব নয়" শিক্ষা ব্যবস্থা এই বিষয়ের ওপরে কেন্দ্রীভূত হওয়া উচিৎ ছিলো।

আমরা যদি ভ্রমরের কথা বলিঃ-
ভ্রমরের শরীর অনেক ভারী হয়, তার পাখনা এতো ছোট হয়, বায়ু-স্থায়ীত্বের সিদ্ধান্ত অনুসারে ভ্রমর উড়তে পারার কথা না... কিন্তু সে অনায়াসে উড়ে বেড়ায়! ভালো হয়েছে যে, ভ্রমরের কোনো স্কুল ছিলো না... অন্যথায় এতোদিন উড়া বন্ধ করে দিতো।

এক প্রসিদ্ধ গাড়ী নির্মাতা কোম্পানির মালিক সর্বদা নতুন কোনো গাড়ী তৈরীর যোজনা বানানোর আগে জীবনের আলাদা-আলাদা ক্ষেত্র, যেমন - ডাক্তার, ইঞ্জিনিয়ার, কৃষক, শিক্ষক, খেলোয়াড় ইত্যাদি লোকদের নিয়ে মিটিং ডাকতেন! তাদের প্রশ্ন করা হতো - "আপনাদের চিন্তা অনুসারে কোন গাড়ীতে কি-কি সুবিধা থাকা উচিত ? আপনাদের যার যতো কল্পনা আছে, সব লিখে ফেলুন!" মানুষ বিভিন্ন ধরনের কল্পনা লিখতেন আএ গাড়ী নির্মাতা সেগুলো মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়তেন।

একবার উনাকে প্রশ্ন করা হয়েছিলো - "আপনার কাছে সুযোগ্য ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের এতো বড় দল রয়েছে... সাধারণ মানুষের পরামর্শ নেওয়া আপনার কিসের প্রয়োজন? উনার উত্তর ছিলো - আমার সাধারণ মানুষ থেকে বিভিন্ন ধরনের অদ্ভুত-অদ্ভুত পরামর্শ আর নতুন-নতুন তথ্য সংগ্রহ করি! তারপর আমি আমার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের প্রশ্ন করি যে, এমনটা কি করে হতে পারে ? আমি যদি আগে থেকেই আমার ইঞ্জিনিয়ারদের পরামর্শ নেই, তাহলে নতুন মডেলের গাড়ী কখনোই বাজানো আনতে পারতো না! কারণ এইসব ইঞ্জিনিয়াররা- "কি হতে পারে না" এই জিনিষটার ডিগ্রী নিয়ে এসেছেন! আর সাধারণ মানুষ ডিগ্রী নিয়ে এসেছেন "কি হওয়া উচিৎ!"

আমাদের যদি এই জগতে কিছু পেতে হয়... তাহলে সবার আগে আমাদের তৈরী মানসিক বন্ধন ভেঙে ফেলতে হবে! তারপর আমাদের জন্য যে সীমা নির্দিষ্ট করা হয়েছে, সেগুলোকে ভেঙে ফেলতে হবে।
