Starting with our own self

One day when I was sitting in my office (  Work related to Digital India Project Nov'2015, at Saodpure,West Bengal,India)   and working on my assignments, I heard my colleagues discussing something in a serious tone.

Upon asking I got to know that my lead was laid off.

Few seconds after that, got to know that few other senior members were laid off.

In no time, the atmosphere changed in the office.

The air-conditioned cubicles became a hot zone of emotions and feelings.

At that point of time I could not understand the root cause of various things that were going on.

No doubt, everyone was blaming the management, the economy and AI.

But fast forward few years, now I understand what was the root cause of such situations and effects of that cause!

- No 21st century skill up-gradation (Not just technical skills am talking about)
- No 'true' leadership
- No real time production of values except the stuffs 'which were only dictated'
- No innovation/invention
- No multiple streams of income
- No time utilization to the optimum

When I look back, I see so many things which are needed to be fixed - starting with our own self.
It is not the management, it is not the bosses, it is not the economy responsible for the kind of income we earn and lives we have.
